Controlling Law, Severability, Termination, Complete Agreement

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware as applied to agreements entered into and performed entirely within Delaware between Delaware residents. If a court finds any provision of this License to be unenforceable, that provision of the License shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this EULA shall continue in full force.
 
Without prejudice to any other Dashworks' rights, this License will terminate immediately without notice from Dashworks, Inc. if User fails to comply with any provision of this License.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Website, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral. Dashworks, Inc. reserves the right unconditionally to amend or modify this License at an time, without prior notice or restriction.
